In a world with Sam needing to pay for his Discord Nitro, Harley has been missioned to take down the evil terrorist of Jacob. But one big thing gets in his way, Tommy and Luca making a short appearence to annoy innocent civilians. Leo joins Jacob on an exciting adventure, except... not good for Jacob. Will Harley be able to take down the terrorist and his.... sidekick before time runs out?
